Flavo PlexC™ uses Magnesium ascorbate, a mineral salt of ascorbic acid, as its source of vitamin C. Magnesium ascorbate is a less acidic or “buffered” form of vitamin C that does double duty and provides a significant amount of both magnesium and vitamin C.
