Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund on damaged items only.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at retail@interplexus.com. If your refund is accepted, we will generally issue it at that time. We may request you return the damaged item first, in this case we will provide a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
